Founded in 2019 by Haley Duncan, Blink'D Beauty Bar has come a long way from its beginnings in Virginia Beach, VA. When Haley first started out, her passion was make-up.  This quickly drove her to wanting to provide more services to her clients.  It began with eyelash extensions, then nail extensions, and finally retail.  Haley attended waxing school in 2021 where she became a state licensed wax technician.  Blink'D Beauty Bar will offer you the best beauty experience.
